A house by the lake. The house got its name for a reason, the house is located on the shore of the lake, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous trees. The customer wanted the architecture to merge with the landscape and nature as much as possible, so when finishing the facades, our architects decided to use large-format ceramic granite tiles under the tree and natural stone of a light gray shade.

Along the perimeter of the building, several large terraces with glass stained-glass sliding systems with a height of more than 3 meters have been designed.​

At the entrance to the house, we are greeted by air cantilever  stairs to the second floor, and in the middle of the living room there is a fireplace and a spacious TV area. Also on the first floor there are several dressing rooms, a laundry room, a guest room, a spa and a guest suite. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, 4 dressing rooms and several bathrooms.
