A family of Ukrainians living in New York for many years bought a townhouse in Brooklyn90 squarex meters with a small private yard. Before that, people lived in it, but the repairs were outdated and needed significant changes. Including, it was necessary to completely replace the stairs leading from the first floor to the second.

We radically changed the second floor, combining the kitchen and the living room. And due to the narrow corridor, we added a dressing room at the entrance, thereby solving the issue of storing outerwear and shoes.

The first floor remained almost unchanged, it houses: a bedroom, a nursery, a bathroom and a wardrobe.

The client had previously purchased furniture, and we needed to fit it into the new interior. We took as a basis two styles that corresponded to the customer, this is the mid-modern style20th century and Scandinavian.

Also, the townhouse does not have very high ceilings, so it was decided to paint all the walls and ceiling white and use overhead lighting.
